      Delivery + Returns

      DELIVERY:

      Orders are dispatched same day (if ordered before 12pm GMT) or next day and delivered via tracked mail.

      Once your order has been dispatched, you will received an automated email with tracking details enclosed.

      UK orders are shipped using 24-48 hour delivery

      Europe and Rest of the world, delivery may take up to 5-10 days depending on destination.

      DUTIES AND TAXES:

      Please note that in some jurisdictions a customs charge may be payable upon arrival of goods. We are unable to estimate whether you will receive a customs charge or the amount as these are calculated and imposed directly by your local customs office should they choose to apply a charge. 

      Please also note that in the event that you return all or part of your order, customs charges are non-refundable and these will not be refunded to you when your return is processed.

      RETURNS:

      You may return items sold by Adriatika Swimwear within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund, on the condition that the item is unused, unmarked and in the same condition that in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. 

      **Bottoms and one pieces must have the protective hygiene liner attached and undamaged.

      We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions.

      In case of items received in a damaged or faulty condition or incorrect items received, you will need to notify us as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. Where this is not available, a refund will be offered on receipt of the item being returned via our returns process.

      We cannot accept used or customer damaged items and therefore cannot give a refund or exchange in these circumstances. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

      To return any items from your order, email us at contact@adriatikaswimwear.com with your order number and reference of the items you’d like to return. Our team will be in touch to confirm. Please complete and enclose the form included in the package with your return.
